The Sanctuary Global Cancellation and Refund FAQs

Thank you for your investment. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so all eligible courses and/or subscriptions purchased from The Sanctuary Global can be refunded and/or canceled, provided the request meets the specific guidelines identified in our policy. 

Certain restrictions may apply and some purchases may only be eligible for credit refunds.    The following information provides more detailed information regarding our refund policy:

How to Submit a Refund or Cancellation Request?

Please email [email protected]. ***Please note:   Previously paid monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.

Our 7-day policy

While our 7-day cancellation policy will allow you to end your subscription, risk-free, we must also protect our business from fraud. You must email admin@thesanctuaryglobal at least  seven (7) days before your next payment due date.

Payments are debited on a monthly basis, on the same date of the original purchase. (For example, if your first payment was June 1st, your next payment will be July 1st.)  

Subscriptions

Please keep in mind that all Sanctuary subscriptions are on autopay, which means our payment processing system will automatically charge you and any renewals are non-refundable. To avoid any charges, you must cancel the subscription seven (7) days prior to the renewal. 

Refund Requests

***We do not grant refunds for any monthly subscription services unless otherwise noted. 

***We do not grant refunds if a significant portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded by a student before the refund was requested.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Refund requests are submitted immediately to your payment processor or financial institution after The Sanctuary has received and processed your request. It may take  5 to 10 business days or longer to post the funds in your account, depending on your financial institution or location.

I requested a refund more than 10 business days ago, but I still do not see it in my bank account. Where is my refund?

If it has been more than 10 business days since the refund was processed, please contact your bank directly to inquire about the status of the refund. If the bank does not see the refund documented in their records, please contact The Sanctuary Global by emailing at [email protected]

 

Will I continue to have access to my subscription?

You will NOT have access to your subscription and/or courses until the end of your payment period. Cancellations are immediate. ***Please reference our 7-Day Policy

 

Can I pause a subscription?

You cannot pause a subscription. You will need to cancel your subscription and repurchase it when you are ready.

 

Refund Credits

Retreats hosted by The Sanctuary are non-refundable. NO monetary payments will be refunded for a retreat, no transfers, no exceptions.
